[TOS] TOS Summit -- IRC meeting

For those working on the TOS Summit, can we get together on IRC sometime
this Friday or early next week? Since we've picked out a target
structure, I think we should try and narrow down the morning sessions
and a develop a plan for getting the word out about this event.

What's the best date/time? (My classes for this semester end Thursday,
so after that I'm pretty flexible)
