[TOS] [MENTORS] - First IRC Meeting & Outreach Email Templates

Hello everyone,
Many thanks to everyone for attending our first meeting last week! Notes and
IRC logs are available. [0]

I took a look at the outreach email template that folks have been working on
and made some suggested improvements.[1] If anyone wants to take a stab at
crafting a message to students, please do. If not, I'll get a draft together
for comments in a few days.

I am looking forward to our next IRC meeting! [2]
