[TOS] TOS monthly conference call for Monday Aug 3 CANCELLED

List activity has been low, today is a holiday (at least in Canada), and
there's fewer people than usual in #teachingopensource, so I took a
quick poll on IRC and there were no objections to canceling the call for
today.

So let's take a break and skip the call today.

The first Monday in September is labour day in Canada and the USA and
just before/after the start of semester in many parts of the world.
Let's plan the next call for September 14th, with updates from as many
projects as possible.
