[TOS] Monthly Conference Call - April 6

I'm setting up the conference call for April 6.

I have a toll-free number for North American attendees, plus a standard
North American phone number which anyone can dial long-distance.

Is anyone not able to join the call using one of these approaches?
(i.e., you're available and want to join the call, but it would be
prohibitively expensive to call in?) -- If so, please let me know as
soon as possible (before April 2).
