[TOS] Playpower presentation

Hi Mel,

I thought I'd post this 5 minute presentation about Playpower.org, from the
PopTech conference.  It communicates the $12 computer project pretty well.

The next round of the Digital Media and Learning contest from the MacArthur
Foundation will be released shortly.  I think some TOS projects would be
