[TOS] Joel on Software: capstone projects, time management, open source

[Alvaro Monge]

A recent article by Joel Spolsky on CS education and in particular on  
capstone project and time management.  His article mentions UCOSP  
(Undergraduate Capstone Open Source Projects) and that he will sponsor  
a project on Mercurial.
