[TOS] Wikipedia edges out term papers - The Daily Collegian Online

Wikipedia competitor Citizendium has an Eduzendium Project just for this 
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Eduzendium and there are many more 
article topics available for authoring, plus an academic environment to 
boot.
