[TOS] OSCON track proposal

was waiting to hear from a contact at O'Reilly on what they
think about having an Education track.
The suggestion in that email was to wait for 6 to 10 days,
that conveniently enough, bring us to today's date :-)

I haven't submitted anything yet.
We probably should put submissions together
this week (Jan 18-22).
