Here are the initial details:

Potential Dates: We're looking at the first week of June. June 7-11, 2010.
Location: Venue will either be at the University of the Philippines or
Ateneo De Manila University.
Host Institution: Bluepoint Institute
Topic area of focus: Open Source and Computer Science

Could you tell me more about DESIGN and QA?
