[TOS] textbook sprint - Monday 8 Nov 1600 to 2200 UTC

Short notice idea here, but we need some rhythm to start wrapping work
around. :)

First textbook sprint:

* This Monday 8 Nov from 1600 to 2200 UTC 
* #teachingopensource in irc.freenode.net or
  http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=teachingopensource
* Working on teachingopensource.org wiki

This weekend I'll do some remaining clean-up and organization on the
wiki to prepare, including making stub (template) pages for us to
start with.

It's OK if you come for all, some, or none of the sprint.  From here
I'd like to set two sprint times per week when at least a good sized
portion of us has a chance of being here.  These are mainly for your
convenience -- help us focus on the writing task if you haven't found
time otherwise.

Watch this thread for more details over the weekend ...
