Hi Yeye,
A formal request will go to management by monday. My contacts are in favour
of March. So we stick to march. There are 104 universities in Nigeira alone
and am external examiner to 5 alone. With my contact in the North, East and
South, we are ready. Pls commence other arrangements at the other end.

But I wish we could have the workshop in parallel with the ICT4D conference.
