[TOS] New lurker

Hi all!

Mel Chua, whom i know from previous educational experiences and her
fantastic blog, introduced me to this community.  I'm interested in
learning about how to mentor students' contributions to the Trilinos
software project (trilinos.sandia.gov) and hopefully also use
mentorship as an opportunity to contribute to or influence curriculum
development.  I have a lot to learn, so i may just lurk for a while
and listen to the wonderful conversations happening here.

I joined the teachingopensource.org wiki, added a User Page
(http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/User:Hilbertastronaut), and
added myself to the Roll Call.  You are welcome to contact me via
e-mail (i've listed my work e-mail there, but this one will do as
