[TOS] FIE and SIGITE conferences

Dunno if I'll go to either yet, haven't taken a look and not sure yet what I'd pitch if I were looking to put in a paper.  Might be interesting, however to think about the following...

1.  laying out an agenda to cover both.
2.  Co-Ordinating some kind of joint presentation or workshop that's streamed live between the two sites, joining the conferences around open source.
