[TOS] FIE and SIGITE conferences

Yes, to be clear, I am not recommending wholesale movement to SIGITE in
favor of FIE. Simply trying to provide an understanding of why I've chosen
SIGITE this year.
The best scenario would be if they didn't schedule them in conflict!
