[TOS] Update on TOS Site

Dear TOS Community,

This is an update on the new Teachingopensource.org site. After some
exploration, we have settled on using WordPress to support the site. WP is
easier to edit and easier to maintain, not requiring ssh access to servers,
etc.

The goal of the new effort is to streamline the site, simplify navigation,
and make it easy to find information. As such, there is a new navigation
menu along with a new look and feel. Once we have sufficient content, we
will preview the site and ask you all to kick the tires so to speak and
give us feedback.

Speaking of content, much of the content on the current site is out of date
or spam so we will be archiving most of it. Part of the "kicking the tires"
will be asking for input on content to be migrated from the original site.

The current time line is for testing during the last two weeks of January
with the new site going live at the end.
