Tapia 2020 committee is still planning to hold the conference.

The person who has represented the faculty perspective and POSSE experience
for our "*Learn About Open Source Software*” Birds-of-Feather session in
past years is not available.  I am looking for an alternate who was already
planning to attend the conference (since we do not have funds to cover
conference participation).



The Tapia conference session proposals deadline has been extended to April
13th. Currently, the panel speakers are two practitioners -- Sage Sharp of
the Outreachy.org
