[TOS] Textbook Outline: moving forward

Greg, I'm +1 on your assumptions: CC license (need to set the details),
release early, and remixable. I'm also up for writing 1-2 chapters.

We've got a couple of discussions open with publishers, and they're
going to be asking questions like how big this book will be, and when
we'll be done writing it. Although we don't need a publisher to place
this on the web and/or POD it, a good publisher does bring quality
editing, design, and marketing skills to the table -- which have a lot
of value.

What if we hack this out on the list and then dedicate the TOS call on
July 6 to finalizing the details?
