[TOS] An outstanding curriculum resource

Tough topic. Assuming we are talking about the following:

  - http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/Teaching_Materials_Catalogue

This kinda sorta fits within "The Big List" but not really because  
"The Big List" seems to focus on teaching materials that people pull  
from to create talks/curriculum like the one in question:

  - http://cs.anu.edu.au/students/comp8440/lectures.php

So, it both fits in and sticks out so may deserve its own category.  
Something like a split between "Teaching materials" and "Teaching  
talks" although I'm sure better names can arise with additional  
thought. In the very least, it would make a fine addition to the big  
list.
