Actually, we are moving towards discussing ethics and professional 
behavior in all of our core undergraduate classes and many (most) of the 
electives.  I'm not up on the (pedagogical) literature, so I don't have 
statistics to quote, but the idea of incorporating ethics throughout the 
curriculum is certainly not an idea that originated with us.
