[TOS] Agenda for FOSS meeting tomorrow

I didn't have any submissions for items to place on the agenda, so I've just
created a page at http://www.teachingopensource.org/index.php/7_May_2009

The agenda is just the same as for the previous meeting; however, we should
keep introductions of those who were at the previous meeting to just a quick
roll call, and full introductions from any new people. I think we should
keep discussions of Scope to a minimum, too, since we covered that heavily
last time, and should focus most discussion on Outreach.

There is a small chance that I will be slightly late for this meeting - in
which case please start without me.  I'll do all I can not to be late,
though.
