Having been a part of the Fedora Documentation team for the past couple
of years, I'm very aware of Publican. In fact, I've even written a few
patches for it. :-)

For those who might not know what Publican is, it's an open-source
framework built around DocBook and other XML tools (like xsltproc and
Apache FOP) to make is easier to manage DocBook projects.
