Looks good to me, although I might be a bit biased :-)
I imagine that anyone giving the course would replace the Samba
chapter with whatever project they are most involved with.

I'd certainly like to contribute!
I should perhaps comment a bit on why I chose the particular ordering
of lectures that was used for the ANU course. much of the ordering was
chosen to make sure the labs were possible.
So it may seem that the lecture on source code management systems is a
bit out of place as it comes before more basic material like the
history and licensing lectures, but I needed to make sure that the
students had at least some inkling of what "svn", "git" and "cvs" did
before they tried to tackle the first lab.
That choice made sense for the 5 day intensive course format we chose
at ANU, but for more traditional "two lectures a week" style of
courses I think you could choose to order the material quite
differently.
