on a related issue...FM is working now with several edu orgs, including
Goldsmiths in London and OIT (NZ), to get open source textbooks off the
ground. My feeling is that many of the FM manuals get used already in
various educational institutes, but we wish to do a more public action
to inspire others. Also, sorry, I hope this is not considered spam, but
I think its related to TOS - FM will also dist a free textbook (in
newsprint which is super cheap) about design using free software
(scribus, inkscape, gimp etc) at the fcforum...
