[TOS] Thoughts on pushing out epub version of POSSE (the book)

I am more than happy to test epub on my Sony ebook reader, a PRS505.

I'll make sure I do this the next time I build the book.  If you want
to test the build target against the source in Subversion, that would
be appreciated.  Is it just --formats=epub?
