[TOS] Textbook, upstream, ownership of marks

Two ideas:

1. Expand Colophon.xml (and corresponding source wiki page) to include
_every_ contribution (and tool for builds-from-source notes.)  This is
where the long list of one day translators goes, and so forth.

2. We add ''significant'' contributors to the Author_Group.xml (and
corresponding source wiki page).  Significant is, perhaps, anyone who
helps in this compilation with one or more copyrightable works?  Some
value we set and apply by consensus?

Author_Group.xml makes the list of names in the front page, in order
of block in the XML.  I picked the current order somewhat at random.
I'd prefer alpha if the list grew, and let "title" sort out roles.
