[TOS] POSSE NG

It looks like a lot of TOS folks will be at SIGCSE this year. TOS's
Birds-of-a-Feather
session is on the 10th.  For those who might be in Dallas on the 9th, please
consider attending or submitting a paper or poster to the HFOSS Symposium,
"Think FOSS, Act Locally: HFOSS in the Local Community" with panels on
government, K-12, and non-profits.   See http://hfoss.org/hfoss2011/ for
