Hi all,

A while ago someone recommended Scribd ( http://www.scribd.com/ ) as a useful 
site and I mentioned the fact that they require registration with an E-mail 
address to download the original documents and that their registration process 
wouldn't send me a password reset to my original E-mail address.

Well, now there's a discussion on the Creative Commons mailing list about the 
fact that they now started requiring payment for downloading the documents in 
clear violation of U.S. copyright law, and the terms of many Creative Commons 
licences:
