I'm going to need to digest Adam's email, do some thinking, and give a good reply.  He raises some interesting points, I'm not sure how valid all are to TOS, I want to address that statement thoroughly, and this morning is not yet that time.  I'll be on the road later this afternoon and can give some proper time for a response then.  Sorry for the delay,
