The schedule looks fine, but you should start filling it out some.  If 
times aren't set yet, at least get an abstract and a bit out about the 
speaker on there for those who don't yet see the value in participating.

Also, has anyone spoken to the RIT group?  I briefly spoke to Remy about 
bringing the story tellers and their recording gear.  He seemed up for 
it, but I don't know if they've had a formal invite or sponsorship.  I'm 
pretty sure the students will need some sort of sponsorship for travel.

They're also a good working example of TOS.  In fact it's probably good 
to show the theory at work.
