Subject: [TOS] SIGCSE TOS BoF shipped

Thanks to Heidi's edits, we were able to ship the SIGCSE BoF tonight.
The final text is up at
http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/SIGCSE_2011/BOF_Proposal#BOF_for_SIG
CSE_2011.

Hopefully we'll start hearing back about status on the other things we
submitted for SIGCSE soon, too.
