[TOS] Travel details for POSSE 2011?

Mel,

When do you expect to nail down the details for POSSE 2011, such as when
we need to arrive, when we will finish, and where we will be staying?

I would like to start making travel arrangements, so that I can request
funds from my school, and I need to be able to give them, at least, an
estimate of costs.
