[TOS] OSCON Submission

I don't know what the precedent is at OSCON for more-than-2-person 
talks, but the two proposals sound extremely merge-able to me, and you 
have a nice spectrum - faculty with varying amounts of experience 
getting students involved open source, and who have quite different 
approaches (and audiences and institutions), plus Jeff from the industry 
side.

If OSCON takes panels, I'd love to see this one.
