Awesome, thanks! Are you just blocking on a VM to put this up on right 
now? What do we need to get you in order to do this?

...yes. My vague recollection is that it's possible to change the 
questions via the admin panel, so once we have new questions, this is a 
very easy fix to make - so what I need to do here, I think, is get you 
those questions. Which means I need to run drafts of this through the 
TOS list next week.
