[TOS] TOS whiteboard marker design for SIGCSE

Cost comes to a bit over $1 per pair (1 blue, 1 black) with shipping; 
had I ordered more than 800, it would be cheaper (the next price break 
is at 1000, minimum was 500, I got 800 of each so as to stay well under 
$1000 of swag budget).

For anyone interested in reproducing, the svg source is at 
http://mchua.fedorapeople.org/posse/swag/sigcse-markers.svg - I had to 
stroke all the text to path so that the vendor's software wouldn't go 
"bwaaah, don't have this font!" and mangle it, but it's mgopen modata 
(an open-licensed font - packaged in fedora) if you need to modify the 
text for any reason.

Hooyah. SIGCSE is going to be awesome.
