I think this is good for getting the infrastructure we need for the
cohort up and running. As always we may need to expand in the future,
but for what we'll need right now I think it's more than enough.

Matt and I talked somewhat, and I think the applications we need to
install on it are:
- gitosis (handles git hosting and authentication)
- redmine (handles wiki, tickets, code viewing, and more)
- I honestly can't remember if there are any others we need
