[TOS] SIGCSE coverage: help develop the plan of (journalistic) attack

Perhaps someone already did this, perhaps not. If you have sessions
you'd like us to try and catch for blogging/etc., or people you'd like
us to try and interview/talk with, add them there. This might provide
some coordination? (Mel, if you already had a page about this kind of
thing, send it here to override my poor reading/memory at this
point...)

I couldn't quickly find a hyperlink to the session Steve was talking
about, but a hyperlink to the SIGCSE website direct to the session in
question would make life easier.
