[TOS] POSSE Basics dates selected: July 23-24

Based on feedback on possible dates for POSSE Basics this summer 
(http://doodle.com/mkn9zhf8nza7m9uk), we've decided that the weekend of 
July 23rd - Saturday July 23 and Sunday, July 24 - will be THE WEEKEND. 
Save the date!

Stay tuned for the big official "apps are open" announcement after the 
weekend. Based on feedback about the new POSSE application design 
(http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/Talk:POSSE_application), we'll 
be going with that too - so most of what's left is going to be just 
making sure everything's lined up and in order to throw open the doors. 
Ian, Sebastian, Ryan, and I are working furiously behind the scenes to 
get us ready for a big launch at SIGCSE.
