Could Inkscape be substituted for Visio?

As you can see "Linux Fest" is a good search term, although SCaLE is
an Expo. Local Linux User Groups (LUGs) are also looking for speakers
to fill their schedule. Some schools have LUGs on campus. It gets
folks used to running an organization that includes a lot of free
loaders and a core leadership group (not unusual in many large
corporations).

It looks like Ms. Napier maybe able to mentor some other POSSE
attendees on some of the topics.
