[TOS] "Held for approval" queue cleared

We had quite a few messages sitting in our "hold for approval" queue for
this list. All the ones I saw were spam. It's been cleared.

After you send an email to this list, you should check and make sure it
went through. The best way to do this is to check the archives for your
email:

If you don't see it after about 5 or 10 minutes, send me an email and I
can take a look.
