[TOS] Fwd: [Fedora Infrastructure] #3486: cull channels zodbot is on

Looks like we have Fedora's IRC robot 'zodbot' hanging out in a few TOS
channels - #allegheny,  #teachingopensource, #teachingopensource-posse,
#teachingopensource-posse-zh, #teachingopensource2

If we're no longer using zodbot in one or more of those channels, let me
know and I'll tell Fedora Infra it's clear to remove zodbot from them.

 Some of these channels are no longer used and some of them may no longer
 want/need zodbot there.

 So, for each of these channels:

 * Check if there are more than say 5 people in them.

 * If there are, ask them if they use zodbot (this may require sitting
 around in the channels for a day or two and reasking periodically).

 Several apprentices could work on this as long as they split up the list
 to avoid duplication.
