[TOS] POSSE course funding -- last call

Ok. Everyone who has last-minute POSSE course fund requests (final 
cutoff deadline is TOMORROW!), here's what to do:

1) email me *AND* the TOS list a list of all your expenses in order, with...
* date purchased
* description of expense
* amount spent

(Michael's email is almost perfect -- I just need the dates! Any 
additional text description you can provide on what the items will be 
used for, like "my class will develop Android apps with these tablets," 
is also very helpful.)

2) email me a PDF with all the receipts for your expenses in order -- 
the same order you listed them in on the email.

On Friday morning I will go through all this and get it processed. My 
plan is to paypal everybody myself, then get one big reimbursement from 
Red Hat, to make life easier for the awesome Red Hatters who've agreed 
to help us get this last bit through.

This is the last POSSE course funding thing I'll ever have to do, and 
boy am I happy about that. :D
