This is something we can't use the POSSE course funding for -- we can 
pay for things, but not for people.

Mihaela, what I'd suggest is that you take this line item out, up the 
Android phone reimbursement by $200, and find the speaker stipends from 
wherever you were going to get the rest of the Android funding from.
