[TOS] A Project in Portland, Oregon

Hi everyone,

I am a recent computer science graduate from Portland State. I was
wondering if there is an active community around here in Portland, Oregon.

There is an open source nonprofit project based around here I am currently
working on. The number of people keeps increasing by size. On this topic,
I'd like to see if you have an idea of funding for starting nonprofit
project.
