[TOS] A Project in Portland, Oregon

Welcome aboard! I'm located on the east coast, but I know that there are TOS members in Oregon who can reach out. (Becka!)

I don't know much about funding models for FOSS projects. Perhaps over half of this community is educators. Anyone from the FOSS community able to help?
