[TOS] Projects for student participation

Hi Folks,

The Geeks for Geeks site recently published a list of avenues<https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/best-open-source-programs-for-students-to-participate/> for student contributions to open source projects.  There are a variety of communities represented including Outreachy, Hyperledger, and the Free Software Foundation. Some of these are internship or other learning opportunities.
