[TOS] Podcast on Mentoring in Open Source

Hi Folks,

Thought you might be interested in a podcast that Emily Lovell and I did on mentoring in open source. The podcast<https://player.captivate.fm/episode/3193973c-9853-4e85-a410-fc97051bed15> was led by Jon Starr and Juanita Gomez from the Scientific Python<https://scientific-python.org/> community. It was interesting to explore how mentoring works in open source education environments and explore how people help each other in dynamic communities where knowledge is encouraged to be shared. Also made me remember how much fun it was to collaborate with Emily and Darci Burdge on getting students started in open source. Great fun!
